Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GEEFT Studios. By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging with our team, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services

GEEFT Studios provides video production, social media content creation, advertising production, and related creative services. All services will be outlined in individual contracts or agreements specific to each project.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and necessary access to people or locations required for the successful completion of projects. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be outlined in project proposals or contracts.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

  • GEEFT Studios reserves the right to pause or halt work on projects if payments are overdue.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • All original content created by GEEFT Studios remains the intellectual property of GEEFT Studios until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client as specified in the contract.

  • Clients grant GEEFT Studios permission to showcase work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Revisions and Approvals

  • Projects include a predetermined number of revisions as outlined in the contract.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Final approval from the client is required before project completion and delivery.

 

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project, except as required by law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

GEEFT Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

 

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice.

  • Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

  • Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the terms outlined in the contract.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

 

10. Changes to Terms

GEEFT Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
